MOM AS MRS AFRICA FINALIST

Thembi Monametsi is a proud wife of Bishop Monametsi and a mother of 2 boys. She is Mrs Africa Finalist 2020, an Author, Media Personality, Inspirational Speaker and a founder of Rise up Woman organization, an organization that focused on women empowerment and community upliftment.

Thembi Monametsi has a unique way of reaching people who are seeking to make peace with their past, maximize their present, and deepen their relationship with God. Alongside her husband, Bishop Monametsi, she co-pastors Thalitha Cum Global Ministry.

She was tempted to allow her journey as a woman battling insecurities, teen pregnancy stigma, low self-esteem, toxic relationships, and depression to define the rest of her life. It wasn't until she was in her darkest moment that she realized she only had two options: settle or Rise up. Thembi Monametsi dared to harness the wisdom of her past wounds and apply them to the hope for her future.

The process of transforming from the insecure and fearful young girl that she was into the powerhouse wife, mother, author, and leader that she is took dedication, discipline, resources, and spiritual growth. Her passion is to utilize her experiences, insight, and influence to help every soul she encounters to become the best version of themselves

 In 2017 she has published a book title Rise up woman and 2018 again she has published a book title Woman you are powerful. In 2018 she launched Rise up woman organization that focuses on incubating every woman to her fullness.

Thembi Monamentsi was honoured to be selected as Mrs Africa Finalist 2020. She is one of the woman who like empowering other women and girls as well and to be chosen as Mrs. Africa Finalist has opened many doors for her to help as many women and girls as possible.

”It’s a great privilege and honour to have been selected as Mrs Africa Finalist. This year the pageant received the most entries in the history of Mrs Africa, and knowing the caliber of women in Africa, I count it a privilege to have been selected”, she said.

She saw the Mrs Africa as platform as an opportunity to inspire women to live out their best lives and make use of every opportunity to embrace others in their endeavors and challenges, to remind them that as wives or mothers they still have dreams to pursue and should never stop dreaming.

“Women must always strive to be themselves and not compare themselves with the next woman because only you can do your best, we have all been created uniquely for a purpose”, she added.

She believe that Self-love and self-acceptance are the key foundations to acknowledging that you are worthy and that you should never settle for anything but the best.

Thembi Monamentsi believes in peace of mind, acknowledges that one can never be perfect but should always commit to becoming the best version of yourself.
