She is recognized at South Africa Heroines Awards 2021 for women empowerment and spiritual space award.

 

Thembi Monametsi is a proud wife of Bishop Monametsi and a mother of 2 boys. She is Mrs. Universe Africa Semi-Finalist 2021, Mrs. Africa Global United 2020, an Award-Winning Author of 3 books, Media Personality, Inspirational Speaker, a nominee of South Africa Heroines Awards2021 and a founder of Rise up Woman organization, an organization that focused on women's empowerment and community upliftment.

 

She has been nominated at South Africa Heroines Awards 2021 for the women empowerment and spiritual space award. Thembi Monametsi has a unique way of reaching people who are seeking to make peace with their past, maximize their present, and deepen their relationship with God. This  Nomination is proving that she is working hard to reach people who are seeking peace with their past. 

“I am extremely honored to receive this recognition from those who have contributed so much support and encouragement to organisation”, She said.

She was tempted to allow her journey as a woman battling insecurities, teen pregnancy stigma, low self-esteem, toxic relationships, and depression to define the rest of her life. It wasn't until she was in her darkest moment that she realized she only had two options: settle or Rise up. Thembi Monametsi dared to harness the wisdom of her past wounds and apply them to the hope for her future.

Thembi saw Mrs Universe Africa as platform as an opportunity to inspire women to live out their best lives and make use of every opportunity to embrace others in their endeavors and challenges, to remind them that as wives or mothers they still have dreams to pursue and should never stop dreaming.

Self-love and self-acceptance are the key foundations to acknowledging that you are worthy and that you should never settle for anything but the best,” she said.

Thembi believes in peace of mind, acknowledges that one can never be perfect but should always commit to becoming the best version of yourself.

The finals will be on the 25^th of August 2021 held in Pacof Bloemfontein.
